Formed in 2010, Independent Financial Services 4 You Ltd is proud of its independent status. We feel that having access to the whole of the market means we can provide the best financial solution for our clients.
We are a small, but friendly, team and boast over 65 years’ experience between us. Our experience has been so varied over that time that there are rarely situations that are completely new to us. Our approachability and professionalism are characteristics that we proudly cultivate.
We don’t take commission when advising on pensions or investments, but instead charge a pre-agreed fee before carrying out any chargeable work. We are also fully regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and our details are on the FCA register.

Rob Hardwicke, DipPFS, Certs CII(MP & ER)
Director & Financial Adviser
Rob has been a financial adviser for over 27 years and specialises in investment and pension planning. He can deliver this service at the highest level due to his advanced pension qualification, AF3.
He is able and qualified to give advice in all areas of the financial advice spectrum – from investments and protection, to pensions and inheritance tax planning with individuals and corporate clients.
Rob and his family live in a small village in the heart of the Cotswolds. He lives next to the local cricket pitch where he regularly plays with his two teenage sons.
Victoria Cameron
Compliance Manager
Victoria is Independent Financial Services 4 You’s Head of Compliance . Her role is to ensure that the advice being offered by our advisers is delivered in a compliant and safe way.
Outside of work Victoria enjoys archery, ballet and problem solving
Neil Dawson FPFS
Neil has been a financial adviser for over 25 years, and specialises in pensions, investments and tax planning. Neil is qualified to beyond chartered status and is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
Outside of work Neil enjoys mountain bike cycling and trying to keep fit.

Vickie is an invaluable member of our team, ensuring a smooth running of the office, and someone who is always happy to help customers and others alike.
Julie Hill (MSC)
Mortgage Adviser
Julie has been a mortgage adviser for over 20 years. She is fully qualified. Julie has dealt with many mortgages over the years and has been able to secure mortgages for clients when others have failed. She ensures that he knowledge of the market remains up to date, so she is able to get the best mortgage for new and old customers alike.
